Message	It states on RP's site that "Synchromax is recommended for manual transmissions that specify an automotive transmission fluid or motor oil." But yet on their transmission lubricant chart it has: Manual Transmission / Transaxle (API GL-3: 75W90, 80W90) -> SAE 10W40 / XPR 10W40 A friend has a couple quarts of this and is wondering if it will help with his tranny grind like the Redline. I was going to say no, but their recommending regular motor oil for a tranny normally using 75W90 threw me off. To me 10W40 and 75W90 are way different, but I'm not a motor-oil-ologist.
